Mr. Boru has been recently been appointed as Partner and will be in charge of Tax and firm’s overall quality control. He has enormous experience in the manufacturing industry where he majorly worked as a Finance Manager as well as Head of Risk and Internal Audit Manager.

He is very knowledgeable in the implementation and maintenance of popular accounting systems as well as ERP systems, where he has been involved in guiding technical workers who operate and run the accounting/ERP systems. He has audited numerous companies/organizations including but not limited to retailing and manufacturing companies; financial institutions; hotels, airlines, caterers; surveyors; property valuers and estate agents and donor funded organizations and projects both in Kenya, Somalia and in Somaliland.  He also undertakes consultancy services for our clients seeking Project Evaluations services and Project Risk Assessments services, aimed at giving a reasonable assurance on the viability of the project.

He has undertaken various development project appraisals and feasibility studies in the Agricultural sector.
